Follow the steps under Video Conference Resources to register your site and set up a TCReliance account.

Unified Network Services provides video bridging for State Agencies, and Universities. We also bridge sites on our network to sites all over the world via ISDN. Unified Network Services supports transmission protocols for H.320 Direct connect T-1, ISDN, and H.323 IP.
