Electronic Commerce Center

The Electronic Commerce Center (ECC), located at 2323 West Fifth Avenue, provides the infrastructure and the services that allow state agencies to engage in electronic data interchange (EDI) with their trading partners. EDI--the computer-to-computer exchange of business-related documents in a structured, machine-processed format--represents the state's investment in a centralized infrastructure as a building block for other electronic commerce and enterprise activities. Currently, EDI is used for financial, healthcare and warehousing applications.
