Ohio 1 – 800 Plan – For High Volume / Out of State Users

• Monthly Service Charge: $55.24
• 800 General Minutes Included
• Usage over 800 minutes: $0.13 per minute (Standard usage rate)

• Basic Voicemail with Message Waiting Indicator

Fee Structure – Data Plans may be Purchased as:

 

Stand Alone Plan - Monthly Access Discounts for Wireless Data Rate Plans as a stand-alone rate plan without an accompanying Wireless Voice Rate Plan is 15%.

 

With Qualifying Voice Plan - Monthly Access Discounts for Wireless Data Rate Plans is 20% when a data rate plan is added to the Ohio 1 Plan or the Ohio 1 - 800 Plan.

 

Note: Discounts do not apply to Public Safety NationalAccess

The Following Features are Common to all Data Plan Options:

• Domestic long distance included in the America’s Choice home airtime rate and coverage area.

 

Charge Per Use Features – Features available for an additional per use fee

• TXT Messaging (May require digital service and specific equipment.  TXT Messaging is 2 cents per message received and 10 cents per message sent.  TXT Messaging not available with all devices.)

 

Additional Features – Available For an Additional Monthly Fee

• $2.99/month for 100 included inbound or outbound text messages. Inbound messages over the included number are charged at $0.02 per message. Outbound messages over the included number are charged at $0.10 per address.

Data Related Usage Charges

• Overage: Occurs on the 20 and 60 MB plan options when the MB allowance is exceeded.
• National Access Roaming:  Occurs when a user is roaming off the Verizon Wireless Data Network, where available.

 

Voice Related Usage Charges

• Home Airtime: Occurs when the user places a wireless voice call in the Verizon Wireless home airtime rate and coverage area with a stand alone data plan. Roaming Airtime: Occurs when the user places a wireless voice call outside of the Verizon Wireless home airtime rate and coverage area with a stand alone data plan.
• Long Distance: Is the Toll charges associated with a wireless voice call for users with a stand alone plan. Charge applicable for users with a qualifying voice plan.
